Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) for Apollosun
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all agreements between Apollosun GmbH (in formation) (“Provider”) and users (“Customer”) regarding digital products, software access, programs, and membership areas.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded once the Customer books access via the website and confirms payment.
3. Services
Apollosun provides digital learning content, software-supported systems, structured programs, and access to member platforms.
Service levels may vary in scope, support, and additional features.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT, if applicable.
Payments are made online via the provided payment methods.
5. Usage
Customers receive a non-transferable, personal access right.
Sharing access credentials or content with third parties is strictly prohibited.
6. Pre-Launch / Early Access
As part of pre-launch phases, Apollosun offers exclusive early access packages with special benefits within the platform. The pre-launch phases include:
- Alpha Phase – initial testing and feedback phase
- Beta Phase – extended testing phase with additional features
- Ascension Phase – final phase shortly before the official launch
These early access packages grant the Customer special benefits that will no longer be available after the official launch (24 January 2026).
Important Notes:
- Refunds or cancellations are explicitly excluded for pre-launch access.
- By booking a pre-launch access, the Customer explicitly agrees to waive their statutory right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.
- Access will be activated at launch, and the final service will commence on 24 January 2026.
7. Termination
Access may be blocked after the booked term expires, after launch, or upon termination.
8. Liability
Apollosun is only liable for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for technical failures, server outages, or data loss.
9. Changes to the T&Cs
Apollosun reserves the right to adjust these T&Cs as needed. Customers will be notified of changes in advance.
10. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
